Our founder, Svetlana Blancher, wore ill-fitting PPE through two pregnancies on an industrial worksite. When her search for a proper solution came up empty, she built what the industry was missing. Rugged Peach Workwear engineers pregnancy-specific fit within ANSI/ISEA standards — practical, compliant, and purpose-built for the industrial environments that demand it.
Why Rugged Peach Workwear Exists
A women's vest. Not a solution. (2022)
This is our founder at eight months pregnant, on an active industrial jobsite. She wore a standard women's high-visibility vest unzipped — not by choice, but because nothing else fit.
She founded Rugged Peach Workwear because she knew she wasn't the only one who had been left without a solution.

What started as a problem on a job site became a purpose-built solution. Properly fitted. Fully compliant. Engineered from the ground up to accommodate a changing pregnant body without compromising industry safety standards — maintaining visibility compliance at every stage, and working with the body rather than against it. Our founder designed the solution with precision, because she understood the problem with precision.
